I need comment for this picture
Nice? :D
It might just seems so easy for you people and so i do.
But it require skills :D Yes No ?
It's only uses Lighting effect & levels for effects.
then layers & selection tool.
Wording & brush i uses outer glow. (:
only 90% satisfy, need comments for improvement.
btw, it's PS cs5. (: I love it's surface so so much!

not bad... like the editing but one thing u must now, the background should not be sharper than the foreground so if u wanna do editing, make sure ur fore ground picture has higher resolution or else u can blur the background more... that's all and u look pretty...
