The last time and also my first time premier screening invitation was with Nuffnang 2 or 3 years back for Twilight Eclipse. After 2 years, I am invited for another premier screening with Sephora for The Mortal Instrument. Anyway, much thanks to Sephora for the invitation. I brought my boyfie along with me.

The movie overall was fine, for me I'd say I like it. It's almost like Twilight series, magical, romantic. Hehe .. It's about Shadow hunters and demons. They are invisible to everyone else. They have unique symbols tattooed on their body as some magical power to defense. There are 4 shadow hunters left, Clary Fray, Jace Wayland, Alec Lightwood and Isabelle Lightwood. Not forget to mention that there's a mundane with them, best friend of Clary Fray - Simon Lewis. He's funny. Haha! Besides, there are also werewolves with the shadow hunters.

 The main character will be Lily Collins as Clary Fray. She has an unique symbol power that other Shadow Hunters don't have. She's not been told that she's one of the shadow hunter till her mother disappeared and she saw Jace Fayland (invisible shadow hunter).

Together with Jamie Campbell Bower as Jace Wayland, another main character in the movie. He's first invisible to mundane until Clary saw him killing demon in the club. He acts as an angel to protect Clary but also a jerk sometimes. Haha.

The romantic part was they both were at their secret garden in the institute. At a few point, Jace were very charming and some people in the cinema was like "awwwww". -____-"

Not everyone like this movie unless you're a Twilight kind of people. I'll probably rate it 6.5 / 10 .
